Hello! Here is our page where you can find free training programs that you can follow over 2-3 months. This page is for people who want to try and be more regular with their exercise and use a schedule to help them be consistent. If you are interested, you can download the linked documents and read them to get a sense of what they will require. If you are intimidated by the long-term commitment, do not worry, you can just follow the workouts at your own pace that are on the “Workouts” page.
